Swedish club station SK0CC was active on 432 MHz EME between 2001-2004. No documents are available and are probably lost. I was responsible for the SK0CC EME web site. By searching on the Internet trying to find what date is printed on the SK0CC IARU WAC CW EME 430 MHz Reward I used the Internet Archive Wayback Machine.
The address to SK0CC EME web site first page (see screen dump above) is:
http://web.archive.org/web/20040930213207/http://w1.871.telia.com/~u87120967/
By navigating to SK0CC EME News page I found that Sven SM5LE reported that SK0CC had received the IARU WAC CW 430 MHz Award (see screen dump above with Info 18 - December 4, 2002). It is impossible to find from the Wayback Machine the jpeg image showing the award with its date.
The last contact for WAC was with PY5BZU on June 18, 2002.
So a good guess is that the SK0CC EME 432 MHz award is dated some day in November 2002.
The SK0CC EME 432 MHz initial list above was found in the Wayback Machine.
Below are some by SK0CC received QSL cards (photos and a screen dumps from the Wayback Machine) from stations on the list above before July 2002:
